MVN Description

Designed to get the maximum yield, the MVN represents an advanced solution for the setting out of goat, sheep and calf skins.
The well tested design of setting blades and the particular position of the rollers allow perfect setting out of the whole surface of the leather with the removal of wrinkles and the opening of veins. The work pressure is adjustable by hydraulic control in order to get the most suitable sammying of all types of skins.
The machine is normally supplied in the version CF, with felt sleeve but it can also be supplied with ebonite coated pressure roller (version CE) to get the maximum stretching of the leather and to improve the grain aspect or with double felt sleeve rollers for the sammying of wet blue skins (version CFF) and finally also with chrome coated heated roller (version CR) to combine setting out and ironing effect of the leather grain.
The careful selection of the components, the sturdy construction, the hydraulic control of main functions of the machine and the ergonomic study of work area, make this high performance and fully reliable setting out machine particularly suitable for easy and safe use in the heaviest work conditions.
