PL due Description

Compact design and versatile, PL DUE is particularly suitable for the processing of goat and sheep skins, pig skins, light hides, "double face" and even of some types of fur.
Rugged construction, endurance, adjustment and operation ease and top performances (up to 50 m/min feeding speed) make the difference between this modern rotary staking machine and all other similar machines. The combined action of two blade rollers and two leather sleeves, supported by soft foam rubber coated cylinders, allows excellent staking, effective spudding, perfect setting and stretching of the leather and enables to get a considerable increase of the leather surface.
The profile of the blades, the type of leather sleeves and the quality of the foam rubber have been improved to get the best efficiency and to reduce to the minimum the loss due to staking wastes.
