POLIRA hyd Description Continuous hydraulic polishing machine This new type of polishing, built according to the most rational construction standards, is supplied in the working widths 600, 800 and 1200 mm. This is a continuous machine for work in closed position with extraction of leather from the front lower side of the machine, thus permitting to get a high output per hour. It combines high production, simplicity in use and safety in operation. No need of skilled manpower. Work specification This machine can be supplied with: amber (Naxos) roller felt sleeved roller without helicoidal grooves cloth roller with or without helicoidal grooves felt roller with helicoidal grooves The above mentioned rollers may be interchanged in 30 minutes. Technical specifications All the controls are placed in a rational position for the operator to allow for a simple and quick control. The machine doesn't require frequent lubrications and the maintenance is reduced. Suction system The machine may be connected to a centralized system or to an independent collector, separated from the machine body, and supplied on request. Safety system It's placed in the leather introduction area and is operated by air-waves. In case of an even slightest touch of the rubber barrier, it switches the machine off and stops it immediately. Electrical installation It is fitted in a tight cabinet placed on the left side of the machine and is equipped with motor protector, as per E.E.C. rules.
