Continuous hydraulic/electronic polishing machine
New open-end polishing machine: heavy structure for a vibrations free operation. Built in the useful working width 1200-1500 and 1800 mm.
Operation with hydraulic and electronic controls. Polishing roller of large dimensions, with possibility to change its speed through an inverter (to supply by request), in order to obtain the maximum versatility of the machine in the different works.
Feed roller with hydraulic control and adjustable speed from 0 to 80 m/min; quick return for extraction of leather. Grip roller with hydraulic control with possibility of automatic operation or with manual control through selector.
Belt conveyor with possibility to receive the leather from the front or the back side. Speed of the conveyor adjustable in the two directions. Double (upper and lower) suction system for an effective dust removal from the work area.
Closing with hydraulic control.Leather thickness control through a servo-system with hydraulic/electronic operation.Double safety device with pneumatic barrier and microswitch.Electric installation as per E.E.C. rules, in tight cabinet.
